Welcome to Alma Digital Services and the Alma Digital Services App ("App"). By accessing or using our website at almadigitalservices.com, our TikTok integration (@almadigitalservices), or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Alma Digital Services provides AI-powered website design, logo design, brand identity, and digital presence services delivered within 24-48 hours. The Alma Digital Services App automates social media content publishing on our official accounts including @almadigitalservices on TikTok.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is required before final delivery of all services.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your deliverable, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and we will revise or refund at our discretion.
Upon full payment, you own all rights to the delivered work including logos, website designs, and brand assets. Alma Digital Services retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Alma Digital Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or the Alma Digital Services App.
The Alma Digital Services App uses TikTok's Content Posting API to automatically publish content to our official TikTok account @almadigitalservices. All content published through the App is reviewed and approved by our team before publishing. The App does not collect, store, or share any TikTok user data beyond what is required to authenticate and post content to our own account.
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Alma Digital Services, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to customer care, service updates, appointment reminders, and responses to your inquiries.
Opt-In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by (a) texting our business phone number displayed on our website at almadigitalservices.com, (b) providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact or intake forms, or (c) verbally or in writing requesting SMS communication with our team. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your service activity.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text and data plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling us.

Supported Carriers: SMS messaging is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
